Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow time for check-in and any necessary updates to your health information.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. The full service fee will still apply.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows may also be charged a 50% fee.
A valid card is required to reserve an appointment.

For your safety, please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, recent surgeries, medications, or changes in your health prior to your session.
Massage may need to be postponed or modified if you have:
A recent surgery
A recent injury or fracture
Blood clots or clotting disorders
Open wounds or infections
Severe inflammation or swelling
Fever, flu-like symptoms, or contagious illness
Unexplained pain that has not been evaluated by a healthcare professional
If you are unsure whether massage is appropriate, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.

Clients are expected to arrive for their appointment in a clean and hygienic condition.
For the comfort, safety, and well-being of both client and therapist, services may be declined or rescheduled if hygiene concerns prevent treatment from being provided in a professional manner.

3Seventeen Wellness Spa maintains a strictly professional and therapeutic environment.
Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual comments, jokes, gestures, advances, requests, or physical contact, will result in the immediate termination of the session.
The full service fee will apply, and future appointments may be refused.

If you are experiencing a fever, cold, flu, contagious illness, or any symptoms that may put others at risk, please reschedule your appointment. The health and safety of all clients is a priority.

3Seventeen Wellness Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
This may include, but is not limited to:
Inappropriate behavior
Intoxication or impairment
Failure to disclose relevant health information
Hygiene concerns
Medical conditions that make massage unsafe
